About the project

Meld is a dating app that starts with conversation. Its mobile experience brings onboarding, profiles, discovery, and chat into a more considered way to meet people.

The problem

Most dating products ask people to judge a profile before they have a conversation. Meld is exploring a slower, more deliberate first connection.

What I worked on

I work on the Flutter client and Supabase-backed product flows for onboarding, profiles, discovery, and chat.

• Built Flutter flows for onboarding, profiles, discovery, and chat.
• Connected the client to Supabase authentication, Postgres, Realtime, and storage.
• Developed conversation and introduction flows that give members control over what they share.

Web experience live; iOS beta access by request

What I learned

Trust is a product feature. The introduction flow needs to make consent and control visible at every step.
