Accessing information and services
Please contact me if you encounter a barrier using this website or need information in a different format. Email bilal@bizlal.com, describe the page or task involved and your preferred way to receive a response. Do not include confidential records in an accessibility enquiry.
Website features
The site has keyboard-operable links and controls, labelled form fields, visible focus indicators, a skip link, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support, a light and dark theme and text alternatives for photographs. Form errors are announced to assistive technology. Checklists can be printed or saved as plain text. Live numbers are also provided as text, not only as charts.
Limitations and third-party services
I do not claim an independent accessibility certification or a complete conformance audit. External booking, security-check and analytics services have their own accessibility characteristics. When a third-party feature prevents you from completing a task, email me to discuss an alternative.
Meetings
There is no office to visit. Meetings are by video, by phone or in person at a place that works for you; tell me about any accommodation needs when we arrange it.
Feedback
Include the browser or assistive technology involved when useful, along with what you were trying to do and what prevented it. I will review the report and reply about a next step.
