Build

Put the repetitive work on a machine.

Chat that qualifies leads while you sleep, intake forms that fill your CRM, reminders that send themselves. I have built AI into products since before most people had heard of a prompt.

Is this the right service?

For businesses that lose leads after hours, spend hours a week on the same admin, or want a feature on their site that competitors do not have.

Lead intake that never closes

For Lamba Law I built an AI chat that walks a visitor through the questions a lawyer would ask, then hands a structured summary to the firm. Visitors get an answer at 11pm, and the firm gets a qualified lead instead of a blank contact form.

Automations that connect the tools you already use

Form to CRM to calendar to text message. Review requests after a completed job. Quotes generated from a few inputs. If you do it more than once a week by hand, it can probably run on its own.

Built as infrastructure, not a gimmick

I have shipped AI autocomplete, ghostwriting and voice features in RHYMEBOOK, a bio-link product that adapts to each visitor, and a trading system trained on 400 symbols. I know what these tools can and cannot do, and I only recommend what will hold up.

What the work includes

  • AI chat for lead qualification and intake
  • Form, CRM, calendar and messaging automations
  • Calculators, generators and interactive tools
  • Internal dashboards and reporting
  • Documentation and handover for your team

Scope and price are confirmed in writing before paid work begins. Not every item is needed for every business.

Have this ready for the first call

  • The task you do by hand most often, and how long it takes
  • The tools you already use: CRM, calendar, email, invoicing
  • What a visitor usually asks before they get in touch
  • Who on your team would use the result day to day

A short summary is plenty. Access to accounts is only requested once we are working together, through the client portal.

Questions about AI & automation

Is AI chat safe for a professional business?

When it is scoped properly, yes. The chat collects information and answers general questions; it does not give legal, medical or financial advice. Every conversation is logged and handed to a person.

What does an automation project cost?

Small automations, like a form that creates a CRM record and sends a text, are a few hours of work. AI chat and custom tools are bigger builds. You get a fixed quote before anything starts.
