What happened
In September 2020 Curiato’s CEO mentored me on running Limelight as a company. In October 2021 we jointly funded a PhD software engineer and a data scientist to build an algorithmic trading system, splitting the cost.
Why it is here
It was my first experience directing a research-grade team rather than writing every line myself, and it shaped how I scope AI and data work for clients now: hire for the problem, measure the output, and stop what is not needed.
