What I did

Set up the shop’s IT, website and email, recruited staff, claimed and built out the Google Business Profile, ran Google Ads for tire and brake searches in a 30 km radius, built an AI support chatbot, and wrote tire-shop management software with QuickBooks and plate recognition. Then I worked the floor to see the funnel from the other side.

What happened

Campaign weeks brought days of about $3,500 in revenue and one stretch of $10K in three days, on $60 a day of ad spend. The honest part: my dad is a brilliant mechanic and a brisk host, so the shop ran on new customers the ads and the Google profile kept bringing in rather than on repeat ones. It was busy anyway, which is its own proof the acquisition engine worked. The sale was agreed in May 2024 at $1.45M including the property, about $550K over the purchase price, and closed in April 2025, after my dad’s last day on March 25. The buyers kept the brand; they just put an “A” in front of it.
