Grace Min
Grace is a developer I admire and respect, and truly one of the smartest people I have worked with. Grace trained me when I joined Streamline in 2023, my first team after years as a solo developer, and taught me to write code that is testable and organized. I credit Grace for how I have worked on every codebase since.

Who Grace is
Back-end developer at Streamline Transportation Technologies, the fleet telematics company behind Navistream, founded in 2007 in Kamloops, British Columbia, and part of Arrow Transportation Systems.
How we met
I joined Streamline remotely in January 2023, and Grace trained me on Navistream, the fleet platform I still work on.
What I learned
How to write code that is testable and organized, and how to build as part of a team. Before Streamline I had always been a solo developer. Grace guided me through difficult features together, starting with our first project, the fuel tax report, and made me an even better programmer along the way. By April I could cover the platform alone and passed probation, and by June I was training an intern the way Grace trained me.
