A GTA corporate law firm with a five-star reputation and an old site that only turned up when people searched its name. In two weeks I built the site, 29 city pages, a 62-entry legal encyclopedia, an AI-scored intake, an equity-split calculator and 11 document templates. It now shows up in Google searches across Ontario.

How I got in
A corporate law firm in the GTA needed a complete digital presence: not a brochure, but a platform that would generate enquiries and rank in search. They had an office in Mississauga, clients across the GTA, a five-star Google rating and an old site that only turned up when people searched the firm’s name. They needed it rebuilt from scratch, and fast.
The problem
Corporate law is competitive in the GTA and every firm has a website. Most look the same: stock photos, generic copy, a contact form that goes nowhere. To stand out, the firm needed to rank in the cities where its clients actually are, provide real value before the first call, and capture enquiries intelligently instead of collecting form submissions and hoping someone followed up.
What I built
The whole platform in two weeks, on Next.js with a data-driven architecture: every service, city page, article and encyclopedia entry generated from one data file. 29 city pages covering the GTA and beyond, each with real local context. An AI intake on Claude that asks the questions a lawyer would, scores each lead and hands the lawyers a summary with the follow-ups already written. A legal encyclopedia with 62 plain-language entries, 11 downloadable document templates with a PDF generator, an equity-split calculator for founders, structured data and per-page metadata throughout, dark mode, and a hero that adapts to the visitor's city.
The results
The site launched covering 29 cities, 7 service areas, 62 encyclopedia entries and 11 template types from a single codebase, replacing the firm’s Webflow site in March 2026. With zero ad spend it reached the first page for the firm’s name and is rising for “corporate lawyer” plus city. Search Console’s 16-month view of the domain, which predates the rebuild, shows 1,078 clicks and 56,445 impressions by September 2026, and ChatGPT names Lamba Law first when asked for a corporate lawyer in Mississauga, and the AI intake qualifies enquiries before anyone picks up the phone. Built in two weeks, by one person.

The services involved
Websites
Hand-built in Next.js, fast on a phone, and structured so search engines can read every page. No templates, no page builders, nothing that breaks when a plugin updates.
What it involves Get foundSEO
Technical SEO, local pages and content that compounds. I took RHYMEBOOK from 88 daily impressions to over 100,000 in 57 days with no ad spend, and the same method works for a local business.
What it involves BuildAI & automation
Chat that qualifies leads while you sleep, intake forms that fill your CRM, reminders that send themselves. I have built AI into products since before most people had heard of a prompt.
