What I did
Designed and built the site, the neighbourhood and listing pages, and an intake that asks buyers and sellers the questions an agent would, so every enquiry arrives with timeline, budget and area already known.
Why it matters
Agents compete on visibility and follow-up. Pages that rank for the communities they farm, plus a lead engine that never sleeps, build a pipeline that does not depend on referrals alone.
