What I did
Built the public site with service, industry and area pages, an intake tuned to accounting questions (year-end, bookkeeping, personal tax, CRA letters), lead scoring and routing for the staff, and a portal where clients upload what the firm asks for.
Why it matters
Accounting is searched locally and decided on trust. Ranking each service in each city, then preparing the first conversation before anyone calls, is how a small firm competes with the national ones.
